"Assessment theories and academics laud the relevance of feedback on performance assessment tasks for enabling development and progress in student learning success," says Orell (2006, pp. 441-456).All three aspects of assessment, teaching, and learning are interwoven. Teaching activities should not be divided; they should consider the students' needs and abilities. As a result, effective assessment strategies and activities must be implemented to involve students in their learning process with meaningful real-life scenarios to build their competencies. Professors must provide adequate assessment and feedback for students to have better learning opportunities and develop expertise to tailor their teaching experience. This is because when teachers assess and give feedback to students, they see it as a punishment or a simple grade rather than an opportunity to learn and improve their learning process.
